Kalandra´s students just returned from the first placement

So proud of their abilities to give person-centred care and make the right ethical decisions for the residents to have a great experience. They also tell me that they managed to use the learning from the personal growth module, to adapt their responses to both residents and staff for them to achieve the outcomes they got.
